Dear Colleagues,
Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and to consider how NSTC can support you to address the needs a young person in your school is presenting with. By working together and allowing the pupil and those in school to “hit the pause button” we can work together to overcome the barriers together.
Here you can find our referral form, please contact us to discuss the pupil and check we have spaces before you complete and send it.
